    Jiangsu Dingweitai Food Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in R & D, production and sales of marine food. It is headquartered in Donghai County, Jiangsu Province, which is known as the Crystal City of the World. We have three high level food industrial parks, which are Jiangsu Dingweitai Food Industrial Park, Lecker (Lianyungang) Seafoods Industrial Park, and Jiangsu Dingguan Food Industrial Park. We have established offices, branches, R&D bases and sales centers in Taicang(Suzhou), Shanghai, and Osaka(Japan). With the care and support from leaders at the province, city and county levels, Dingweitai has maintained long-term and close cooperation with international professional marine fishery organizations of countries such as United States, Japan, and Russia. We have also maintained a long-term relationship of technology and talent exchanges with professional marine institutions such as Jiangsu Ocean University. Since the establishment of the company, Dingweitai has continuously optimized and improved its R&D and production technology, expanded its production capacity, steadily rooted in the domestic market, and gradually expanded overseas markets. We will dive deeper in the food processing field of pollock and other deep-sea products.

Dingweitai has a complete production research and quality management system: it has invested more than 600 million RMB in Donghai(Jiangsu Province) to build Dingweitai, Lecker and Dingguan Industrial Parks, with a total area of more than 80,000 square meters. We successively purchased advanced automatic production lines and auxiliary equipments from both home and abroad such as Germany, Japan etc. With all these, our company has an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of high-level marine food in quick-frozen, refrigerated, and room temperature areas. Our company has been certified by quality system certifications such as FSSC22000, HACCP, and BRC, and has export qualifications to countries such as United States, Japan, Australia, Singapore, and more. 

Dingweitai has a professional management and technical team: Mr. Tan Guolin, the founder, has been involved in the surimi industry for more than 20 years. The management team comes from the backbone of medium and large enterprises at home and abroad. The R&D team consists of top domestic technical experts, professors, and experts from abroad such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore. Our product R & D ability has led the domestic level and is catching up with the international levels.

Dingweitai has a wide range of product categories and product lines: we focused on series of oden, hot pot ingredients, crab sticks, breaded and fried, and ready-to-eat snacks. The product line covers all three temperature levels: room temperature, low temperature, and frozen temperature.
